I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Bruges called Be House. My friend and I had a great time exploring the city and the hotel's location was perfect for us. The owner was incredibly kind and even offered us milk without hesitation. we were allowed to keep our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to travel back. The owner also provided us with helpful travel tips and suggestions for nearby attractions. One unique feature of Be House is the well-equipped kitchen that guests can use for breakfast. We also enjoyed playing the piano and browsing through the collection of books available.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a private bathroom with a cool walk-in shower - super convenient for getting ready. Plus, the spot was nice and quiet, just a quick hop to the Old Town 🚿.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The staff, especially Johannes the owner, were kind and helpful, providing us with useful information and tips to make the most of our time in the area. I felt safe and would definitely recommend this place.
When it comes to breakfast offerings, it would be great if they could include more variety.

The house was clean and comfortable, allowing us to have a pleasant stay during our city break. The host was accommodating and allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in, making it easier for us to explore the city. Additionally, the location of the house was convenient, not too far from the center, which made it easy for us to get around. The house had a nice atmosphere and provided amenities like a lounge area with books and board games, creating a cozy environment for relaxation.
On the negative side, there were some concerns that affected our experience. The lack of locks on the room doors and front door made us feel uneasy, as anyone could enter the house and rooms.

The single room at Be House was like a cozy little haven for me. The bed was super comfy and the room had a warm, homey feel that made me instantly feel relaxed. It was just what I needed as a disabled guest - comfortable and accessible.
The only thing I didn't love was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

Title: Family-Friendly Budget Stay in Bruges
My children wanted a more secure accommodation. It would have been great if the rooms and front door could be locked for added safety, especially for families with young children.
